memoryshar.ing lets you create a shared photo frame and invite friends to upload photos to it. By creating an account or uploading a photo you agree to these terms.

1. Only share photos you have the right to share

You may only upload photos that you own, or that your friends or family own and have given you permission to share. Do not upload photos taken by other people without their permission, or photos you found online. If a photo shows other people, make sure they would be comfortable with it being displayed.

2. No illegal or abusive content

Do not upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, or that invades someone’s privacy. Never upload content involving the exploitation of minors; we will report it to the authorities. Do not use the service to spam, attack, or overload it.

3. Frame owners are responsible for their frame

If you create a photo frame, you decide who gets your invite link and upload password and you are responsible for the photos on your frame. Keep your password and display link private.

4. We may remove content or accounts

We may remove any photo, photo frame or account, at any time, if we believe it breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

5. Beta: no warranty, data may be lost

memoryshar.ing is in a free beta trial period. It is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind. Features, limits, pricing and availability may change or end. Photos and data may be lost, so always keep your own copies of your photos. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the service.

6. Your photos

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to store them and show them on the photo frame they were uploaded to, only to run the service.

Privacy commitments

We do not view your photos. Our admin tools only show account info and counts (like number of photos, storage used, and number of photo frames), never the photos themselves. Your photos are visible only to you as the frame owner and the people you invite or share your links with.

We do not sell or rent your data. We don't share it except as needed to run the service (our hosting provider, Cloudflare) or if required by law. See our Privacy page.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
